Escargot Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Escargots, IPA: [ɛs.kaʁ.ɡo], (French for snails) is a dish consisting of cooked edible land snails. They are often served as an hors d'oeuvre and consumed by the French people, Boro people (India) as well as people in Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Portugal, Sardinia, and Spain. They are also typical of the cuisines of Cyprus, Crete, and other areas of mainland Greece, as well as of the North African countries Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco. The word escargot is also sometimes applied to living examples of those species which are commonly eaten in this way. In British English, the menu item is usually referred to simply as snails.

An American tourist left a review on travel website, "It was my first time trying the most talked about French delicacy. It took at least 25 minutes before we could place the order and another 15 minutes from the time I requested the bill and the time I could pay. My escargot de bourgogne (snails), were very small, tough and chewy, they were not even upright on the plate. My steak tartare was drawn in ketchup. I hate the food and I hate the restaurant. Never again!"

Katie New says

"We were soo excited with the colour options we decided to go for the Valspar paint and becasue we had a dog that loves water and mud we thought it would be best to go for the V700 Blend. it has completely ruined our walls. it blisters and cracks on walls prepared the way valspar specify. we are having to completely strip all the paint off in hope that it wont ruin other brands of paint! it is expensive paint but the amount of extra work required making it right makes it even more expensive! stick to Dulux!"

Jen says

"Worst paint I’ve ever used ! Do not buy. It has ruined our newly plastered bathroom. We painted it and it just wouldn’t paint properly kept Seperating. And then we painted over it and it’s bubbled underneath the paint. We now have to have our cloakroom replastered ! Never again ! Awful product not fit for purpose."

Gerald Watson says

"Bought 21 tins of Valspar exterior paint from B&Q who mixed it to paint a newly renovated period Georgian property in the Lakes. Went back to B&Q for more of the same paint and it didn't match. (There adverts claim to match any colour)!! My house now looks like a patch work quilt. Both Valspar and B&Q denied any responsibility passing the blame to each other. Professional decorators now tell me Valspar products are not fit for purpose and are substandard rubbish."

Ian Bryce says

"Gave this paint 1 star as i can't give it zero. Been a self-employed decorator for over 25 years and I won't touch this rubbish.I let my customers know if they are supplying their own paint I won't use valspar. STAY CLEAR!!!"
